Our program is designed to save you time and money, by keeping you from having to go to court if possible and keeping points off your DMV record. In some cases, you may have to pay the fine, but we will work to make sure you won't get a point on your DMV record. If you don't mind paying a fine, but don't want to take time off of work to attend trial or you live far from the court where the case is located, and/or you don't want to spend the time and money going to traffic school, we can usually handle your ticket without you having to show up to court. In many cases, we can assist you in preparing a Trial by Declaration, and submit it to the court. If you're not sure if you want to spend the money and time on a court trial, this will provide you the best possible chance to get a dismissal before going to court. If your case is not dismissed on TBD, you can then decide whether to have us request a court trial. If you are a professional driver with one or more points on your record already, or just want to take your absolutely best shot at beating the ticket, this may be you best option. We will gather evidence and prepare for trial. This will generally start with a Trial By Declaration and proceed to a court trial if necessary. At trial, we will use legal objections, and effective cross-examination techniques to defend you and probably win your case.	CONTACT US R.
